   by placing an order with bloomy pet, you agree to these terms and conditions. we reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. orders
   all orders are subject to availability. handmade treats may require up to 1 week processing time.

3. pricing & payment
   all prices are in SGD and are subject to change.
   payment must be completed before order processing.

4. delivery
   please refer to our shipping policy. delivery times are after the courier picks up your package and exclude processing time.

5. product use
   all products are intended for pets. supervise your pet when feeding treats or using accessories. bloomy pet is not liable for misuse of products.

6. intellectual property
   all content on our website and social media is the property of bloomy pet and may not be used without permission.

7. liability
   bloomy pet is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our products.
    

return & exchange policy
 

1. non-refundable
   all treats are non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. exchanges
   for non-treat items, exchanges may be accepted if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in good condition, within 7 days of receipt. shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or sent incorrectly.

3. damaged or incorrect items
   if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. we will review your case and provide an exchange at our discretion.
